 • When to expect the arrival/service time?

When you click the app and place service at 8am it means service provider is going to arrive anytime between 8am to 8:30 am but depends on the traffic. 

We try our best to make them arrive at 8am though.

 • How can you add multiple cars to order?

At the moment one service at a time we can book. For more information you may contact us for more details.

 • Can I add the appointment to my calendar?

At the moment, we only accept appointments after booking is confirmed.

 • How can you contact your washer?

When you book on the app, you will see the name of the washer on the right side there is an icon where you can choose to call or text the washer.

 • Can I pay by gcash or cash?

Yes you can pay via gcash nor cash, we provide receipts for both.

 • Can I cancel my booking?

Yes if the server is still looking for washer but once you found a washer surely the washer is on his way.

 • How can you request a washer with a past provider?

For the meantime, the application will give you the washer who is available at the moment. But if you insist you may contact us for more details.
